Saur Turnip

Today is the National Turnip Day in the nation of Farm Mokovec. We harvested it (thank you Prija and others for planting it!), grated all of it with our hands after the machine gave up and put it in a big plastic container for fermentation. This way we processed a total 24 kg of turnip! That well kept us and our guest fed during the whole year.
