Gathered workshops with somatic and experiential learning methods, relational and contact movement practices, theatre and improvisation methods, systemic and reflective approaches.

In this gathered workshops you can find exercises connected with embodied movement exploration, associative card work, emotional mapping through body awareness, contact improvisation in content of support, co-regulation and attunement practices. Choice theory, systemic constellation work, consent and boundary exploration.

Gathered workshops and theory on the topic of play, improvisation and art as non-formal education tools. It includes somatic movement and theory, theatre games, body improvisations, art as an expressive medium, games, communication exercises and group facilitation tools to support presence, consent and relational awareness.

Embodied movement and contact improvisation, forest walks, solo wanders, nature-based rituals, art & creative expression, NVC, the way of council, authentic movement. 

The manual contains the basic theory of strengths and weaknesses according to eco-psychology, based on the four cardinal directions, as well as concrete experiential exercises that can be done with young people to strengthen these strengths and raise awareness of the weaknesses.

The mediums of the experiential exercises are: nature, clay, artistic expression, movement, and somatics.

It also includes additional exercises for learning authentic communication with young people.
