2023 Spring Individuals
For two good months we were joined by Annelore and Teo from Belgium. We did a lot in two weeks (knocked down and cleaned up trees, planted some new trees, prepared flower beds, weeds, sowed, moved a lot of soil for the future camping sites), laughed, and most of all ate well. Annalore made an amazing green and red lasagna, Masamman curry, and some sort of musaki from zucchini-potato puree. She really used up all the current vegetables and improvised. We haven't eaten this good in a long time.
